Brock House Restaurant is a family-owned business that has been hosting events and fine dining since 1978. Over the past 40 years, Brock House Restaurant has grown into an internationally renowned wedding venue, hosting over 150 weddings a year. Our passion is giving our couples a beautiful venue, incredible food, and guiding them through one of the most important days of their lives!

Overlooking the Pacific Ocean and North Shore Mountains, Brock House Restaurant, ideally located on Jericho Beach, combines elegance and charm with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, North Shore mountains, and downtown Vancouver. The exceptional West Coast cuisine, warm and professional service, and amazing seaside location help create a perfect venue for any occasion.

When you book your event at Brock House Restaurant, you will have access to our entire Heritage Home. This includes a Bride’s Room, the Conservatory for dancing or indoor dining, the Garden Tent for dining in the summer months, and the North & West Lawns for Ceremonies and Cocktail Hour.  We provide ceremony and reception set up, including all chiavari chairs, tables, linens, cutlery and dishware. In addition, our catering department helps personalize and organize the logistics for each event and provides a Banquet Manager for each wedding.

MELISSA WONG, CATERING MANAGER

Whether attending events or planning events, Melissa has always had a passion for meeting new people. Born and raised in Vancouver, Melissa grew up in Kitsilano and is a graduate of the Sauder School of Business at UBC. With a background in hospitality and sales, Melissa loves helping couples plan their perfect wedding here at Brock House Restaurant. Her absolute favourite part of her job is seeing all her couples’ plans come together and hearing the first celebratory cheers right after the ceremony.


Never one to turn down an invitation, when Melissa isn’t at Brock House Restaurant, she enjoys weekend getaways, walking around the seawall, and as a foodie, she loves trying new restaurants throughout the city!

LIZ GONZALEZ,
CATERING & EVENTS

Liz grew up in Steveston, and loved growing up in Vancouver. She has a Hotel & Resort Management Diploma, and a Bachelor of Tourism Management from Thompson Rivers University.

Liz’s background is in restaurant hospitality and brings her experience in the restaurant industry to Brock House Restaurant. Her greatest passion is providing couples with an extraordinary wedding day, and seeing the smiles on their faces when everything comes together.

In her spare time, Liz loves going to the park with her dog Jim, enjoying patio season with her friends, and catching up on her not-so-secret reality TV addiction.

ZOPHIA ESPINOSA,
CATERING & EVENTS

Zophia is born and raised in Metro-Vancouver. Bouncing from the different key cities such as Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey and now Downtown Vancouver, she has always loved meeting new people and exploring the cultures of every city. 

Zophia recieved her Diploma in Marketing Management with a specialization in Tourism from BCIT where she found her passion for planning and event management. With a love for bringing people together and creating the perfect ambiance, Zophia brings her passion for people and guest experience to Brock House Restaurant.

On her off time, Zophia loves to spend time with her closest family and friends, relaxing with food, watching new movies/shows and planning her days in her bullet journal.

LESLIE TING, BANQUET CAPTAIN

Leslie began working at Brock House Restaurant while he was still in university. He quickly showed his strong leadership and passion for providing spectacular experiences for Brock House Restaurant customers, and is now the Manager for all of the restaurant staff. On event days, Leslie double checks all event details, manages the setup and restaurant service throughout each event. 

Leslie is very detail oriented, and will take great care of you on your wedding day!

MICHAEL SZETO, EXECUTIVE CHEF

Our wonderful Chef Michael has been with Brock House Restaurant for over a decade. Together with the catering team, Chef creates incredible dishes that Brock House Restaurant couples rave about for years! 

Our most consistent feedback is the incredible food that Chef makes, and he loves making sure everyone is well fed and happy on their wedding day.
